Shipping Policy

This policy applies to products, including CPAP equipment, purchased through our website.  We reserve the right to change our policy without notice, therefore we advise that you check our policy regularly.

Once an order is completed, i.e., payment is processed, prescription is received (if needed), etc., then shipping and fulfillment can begin.  If an order is completed by 10am Pacific Time (1pm Eastern Time) Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), it will be shipped the same day.  Any orders completed after 10am on a non-holiday weekday, or anytime on a holiday or the weekend, will be shipped on the following business day.  Shipping is at no cost (FREE!) for orders of $99 or more (before taxes, where applicable) to locations in all 50 United States.  Standard shipping will be made through FedEx or United States Postal Service (USPS), with deliveries within 3 to 6 business days (please allow longer deliver times to Alaska, Hawaii and holidays). Some shipments may requrie signature. WE DO NOT SHIP ITEMS INTERNATIONALLY.

If you need your order faster, we offer expedited shipping on certain products.  With 2 business-day expedited shipping, there is an additional fee of $19.99, and with 1 business-day expedited shipping, the additional fee is $29.99.  We do not offer expedited shipping to military addresses (APO, DPO, and FPO) – these orders will be shipped via USPS only.
